DYF Night at the Denair High Game

September 26, 2014

  • Jr Novice and Novice FB players will be announce prior to the JV game - Game starts at 5:30. Make sure you are there prior to 5:00.
  • JV and Varsity FB Players will be announce prior to the Varsity Game - Game starts at 5:30. Make sure you are there prior to 7:00.
  • Cheerleaders will be performing during the 1/2 time of the Varsity game and may be asked to cheer a bit for the DHS players.

Make sure you stick around to watch the Cheerleaders perform their dance with the DHS cheerleaders.

Players wearing the current 2014 jersey will be allowed to enter the game for free when accompanied by an adult. This is a crazy night, please keep FB players and Cheerleaders off the track and field unless they were asked to be out there.

Modesto Nuts 2014
The Modesto Nuts game is this Friday, August 22. Here's some important information.
- Cheerleaders need to arrive at the park no later then 5:30 pm (gates open at 6:00).
- We will meet at the WEST GATE located on Sunset Ave
- All should wear their camp wear. No pom poms needed.
- Performance will be at 6:30 so inform your family and friends to get to the park before then.
- All cheerleaders will perform the Cha Cha Slide
- Jr Novice / Novice will perform their camp dance
- JV / Varsity will perform their camp dance
Each team participating needs to pick 3 girls (any level) to perform the 7th Inning Stretch Song - "Take Me Out to the Ballgame". This is fun for the girls because they get to go down to the field with the Nuts mascot and sing the song. Please send me the names of the girls interested in being showcased at the game.

Practice Schedule 2014

FOOTBALL & CHEER

July 8 - July 17, 2014, Practice will be Tuesday - Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. All Teams

July 18 - July 19, 2014, Friday and Saturday - Times: TBD

July 21 - August 1, 2014, Practice will be Monday - Friday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. All Teams

August 4 - August 14, 2014, Practice will be Monday - Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. All Teams Schedule may be adjusted as needed.

From August 19th onward, practice will be Monday - Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Junior Novice will be Tuesday - Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

 
Football Camp 2014 - updated 07/15/14

FOOTBALL CAMP IS CONSIDERED PART OF FOOTBALL HELLWEEK CONDITIONING.

TVYFL in conjunction with USA Football are holding our first football camp in the Central Valley. All TVYFL players are invited to attend on July 18th and 19th. The camp will be free for all participants ( your local team is covering the registration costs). The camp will be staffed with master trainers from USA Football and local coaches. This promises to be a world class camp that will be located right here in the central valley close to everyone homes.

Cheer Reminder

  • Cheerleaders MUST be accompanied by a Parent and or adult 18 years or older. Or your cheerleader will NOT be fitted!
  • Cheerleaders MUST come at their squads designated fitting time unless pre-approved by DYF Cheer Rep.
  • Cheerleaders MUST wear a swim suit to fittings so an accurate fit can be made.
  • Cheerleaders MUST bring socks to try on the shoes.
  • There are currently NO make up fitting dates, so ALL cheerleaders must attend fitting's on this date.
