Hell week will start July 23, 2012. Make sure you have plenty of water for a 2 hr practice. The more water the better. Don't eat a big meal prior to practice. Get a good night sleep and be ready to work hard.
Hell week is REQUIRED. Make sure you are there. 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Hell week makeups - Consists of conditioning and running until all 10 hours have been made up.
July 30 - August 17, 2012, Practice will be Monday - Friday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. All Teams
Starting, August 20th, practice will be Monday - Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Junior Novice will be Tuesday - Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Make sure you verify the practice schedule with the head coach.
Equipment will be given out on Saturday, July 28, 2012

Cheerleaders MUST be accompanied by a Parent and or adult 18 years or older. Or
your cheerleader will NOT be fitted!
Cheerleaders MUST come at their squads designated fitting time unless pre-approved by DYF Cheer Rep.
Cheerleaders MUST wear a bathing suit or to fittings so an accurate fit can be made.
There is NO make up fitting date, so ALL cheerleaders must attend fitting's on this date.
