Hell Week
Hell week will start July 25th. Make sure you have plenty of water for a 2 hr practice. The more water the better. Don't eat a big meal prior to practice. Get a good night sleep and be ready to work hard.
Hell week is REQUIRED. Make sure you are there. 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Hell week makeups - Consists of conditioning and running until all hours have been made up.
Practice Schedule
August 1st - August 12th, Practice will be Monday - Friday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. All Teams
Starting, August 15th, practice will be Monday - Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Junior Novice will be Tuesday - Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Football Equipment
Equipment will be given out on Saturday, July 30, 2011.
Football Pictures
Jerseys will be handed out during practice starting Aug 1st.
Pictures will start Aug 2 (Varsity and JV), Aug 3 (Novice and JN)
Fireworks are coming to town
DYFs booth will be located near the Gaslight Theater under the big tree. Start saving your money because July is coming up fast.

Make sure you plan to attend the DYF orientation held June 23 between 6:30-8:30. Location Denair Elem School CAFE

Friendly Cheer Reminder
Cheerleaders MUST be accompanied by a Parent and or adult 18 years or older. Or your cheerleader will NOT be fitted!
Cheerleaders MUST come at their squads designated fitting time unless pre-approved by DYF Cheer Rep.
Cheerleaders MUST wear a bathing suit or to fittings so an accurate fit can be made.
There is NO make up fitting date so ALL cheerleaders must attend fitting's on this date.

Physicals
Make sure you get your physicals. We have scheduled a date with Dr Bailie in Turlock. July 9th. The cost is $10.00. If you decide to go to your own Doctor, make sure you use our form and have the Doctor stamp the bottom.

Pre-Conditioning
Make sure you join us for pre-conditioning. Starts July 12th and last until July 21st. Pre-conditioning is on Tue, Wed and Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. See you out there. Jr Novice may or may not pre-condition.
